At this time, I am in-network with Regence BCBS Oregon (and Pacific Source coming soon). Coverage can vary depending on your plan, it’s always best to double-check your benefits directly with your insurance company.
We’re happy to help verify your benefits before your visit, but please keep in mind that quoted benefits aren’t a guarantee of payment. Your insurance company makes the final decision once claims are processed.
For the smoothest experience, we recommend calling your insurance provider to confirm your coverage, deductible, and co-pay details ahead of time.

At your first visit to Reset Massage & Bodywork, we’ll take a few minutes to review your health history and talk about your goals. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply seeking relaxation, this conversation helps tailor your session to your needs. You’ll have time to ask questions and share any preferences so your massage feels comfortable and personalized. Once ready, you’ll have privacy to undress to your comfort level and settle on a warm, padded table. The room is softly lit with calming music to help you relax, and you’ll always be draped with a sheet and blanket—only the area being treated will be uncovered.

Preparing for your massage helps you get the most from your session and supports your body’s natural healing process. Whether you’re coming in for relaxation, chronic pain relief, or auto injury recovery, these simple steps will help you arrive ready to unwind and restore balance.
Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water before and after your session. Hydration helps your muscles respond better to massage, reduces post-session soreness, and supports your body in flushing out what’s released during treatment.
Have Your Goals in Mind
Take a few moments to think about what you want from your session—whether that’s easing tension, healing after an injury, or simply relaxing. Your therapist will check in about your goals and customize your treatment to meet your specific needs.
Arrive a Few Minutes Early
Arriving 5–10 minutes before your appointment gives you time to check in, use the restroom, and settle into a relaxed state before your massage begins.
Communicate Openly
Let your therapist know about any changes in your health, pain areas, or preferences. During the massage, feel free to speak up if the pressure needs adjusting—your comfort and safety always come first.

Yes—especially after deeper work or your first few sessions. Soreness usually fades within 24–48 hours.
Hydration and light stretching afterward can help ease post-massage soreness.

Tips are never expected and always received with gratitude. But the BEST “tip” is rebooking, referring a friend, or simply showing up for your next session.
