The person's skin is slightly shiny, likely from massage oil or lotion, and there are small glitter particles or shimmer on the skin, suggesting a special treatment or setting.

Massage after Auto Injury

Healing Treatment
Each session is tailored to your recovery needs. I focus on calming overactive muscles, easing compensation patterns, and restoring natural movement. Treatments begin gently, allowing your body to relax, and progress into deeper work using myofascial release and therapeutic deep tissue techniques as healing continues.

I bill insurance directly for most auto accident claims through Personal Injury Protection (PIP). In Oregon, every auto insurance policy is required to include Personal Injury Protection (PIP). This coverage helps pay for medical treatment after a car accident, regardless of who caused it. Oregon requires a minimum of $15,000 in PIP benefits on every auto policy. Benefits can be used for up to two years from the date of the accident, or until the policy limit is reached — whichever comes first.

To get started, I need a few important details at least 24 hours before your appointment:

  • Claim number

  • Date of the accident

  • Location of the accident

  • Adjuster’s name and contact information

  • Your policy ID number

  • Details about your injuries

I know there is already a lot of paperwork after a car accident, and some of it may feel repetitive. But having this information ahead of time helps focus on your care during your visit instead of spending your treatment time on paperwork.

Your appointment time should be focused on helping you heal and recover.

How to Get a Referral
To start treatment, you’ll need a doctor’s referral for massage therapy. This can come from your primary care provider or the doctor who evaluated you after your accident.
